The Hirer acknowledges that the hire of any equipment or linen from Total Linen Services is subject to all of the terms & conditions listed below which represents an agreement between the Hirer & Total Linen Services

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. All hire items remain the property of Total Linen Services at all times;
  2. Full payment is required within 14 days, unless other terms agreed. Linen orders may not be fulfilled if the Hirer has overdue amounts owing on their invoices. Total Linen Services reserves the right to actively pursue collection of outstanding invoice amounts. Any costs will be passed on to the account of the Customer.
  3. Linen Hire is for a period of 14 Days. Total Linen Services reserves the right to amend the Hirers future linen orders if the 14 day hire period is exceeded.
  4. Linen is not to be washed and reused by the Hirer
  5. Linen Hire items are to be returned and/or collected undamaged and only requiring reasonable cleaning to return them to a hire-able state. Total Linen Services may seek to recover from the Hirer full replacement costs for items that become damaged or are lost during the period in which the Hirer had possession.
  6. The Hirer is responsible for insuring the items during the period in which the Hirer has possession of them.
  7. Total linen Services accepts no responsibility or liability for loss, damage or injury that may occur to any person, persons or property as a result of use of the hire item.
  8. Total linen Services accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or damage of any of the Hirers personal linen that is returned with the hired linen.
  9. No Credit will be issued for unused returned linen.
  10. 48 Hours notice is required for linen orders to be packed. This time frame does not include weekends or public holidays
  11. The Hirer must place any linen that is considered to be infectious, or likely to be infectious in an alginate bag.
  12. The Hire must not overfill linen bags, causing the weight of the bag to exceed 15 kilograms when returning linen. All used linen to be returned is to be placed in the trolleys provided.

FAULTY ITEMS / MARKED ITEMS:

Any faulty / marked items will be replaced – please contact Total Linen Services immediately if there are any issues with items hired.
